Ordered Panera and DD does their deliveries. First time I ordered, it wasn't even delivered. I called DD CS and was on the phone for a good 40 minutes getting it resolved, which was great, and I was issued a refund. Finally decided to order again, same place and of course DD delivers it. Put in address, residential, and leave at door. It was delivered to a baseball field. Not even on the right street, residential, or by a door. If this wasn't right why wasn't I called? Went to check out the field and the food isn't there.
