I have been on door dash support for over 30 minutes trying to get unauthorized transactions for you charging my account for 5 months $9.99 each month for the dash pass which I ended the subscription as of September 4th of 2022 and have been charged through 1/16/2023. this is completely ridiculous that you can't help me and send me to my bank to start a dispute which will freeze my account for a 7-14 business days to receive a new card then I have to switch all my autopay accounts and Everything which is outrageous when you took money that wasn't authorized to begin with.
