This is the worst delivery service I have ever used. One of their drivers forgot HALF my order and they refused to provide me any compensation. I used the chat feature 3 times and all 3 representatives ended the chat without telling me or providing a resolution. I called the customer support line and was told I would be refunded and provided an additional $15 in compensation for my trouble. I was refunded in credits, not even back to the oringal payment and never provided the compensation. I called the customer support line 2 additinal times and the first time was told I would recieve my 15 within 24 hours. And called once more and told that I had to have called within 72 hours of the order and this was no longer possible/was never possible. Are you kidding!?!? I did call and chat immediately after my order. I was a doordash dashpass user but they just lost a customer forever. They have horrible customer service and should be reprimanded for refusing to give people their money back. Not to mention I called the restaurant that the driver left my bag behind and confirmed it was left behind and they sent me a picture and doordash still refused to do anything. Absolutely not worth your money. I was a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars on their site. How dare they treat the people who pay for their DASHPASS like this. Ridiculous.
