I ordered a pizza from Johnny Gios & as I placed the order I realised I put in the wrong address. Within 1 second I went into the app the cancel the order so I could correct the address. The app offered me a refund of $3!!!!
This is pure robbery.
I contacted the restaurant to make sure they didn’t make the pizza and see if they could cancel the order from their end however they couldn’t.
I message support for assistance and they concluded I did t qualify for a refund.
I will never use this shocking platform again and recommend avoiding it at all costs!
