I was a driver recently and they started a "facial recognition" suddenly and somehow after driving for them over a year, I FAILED MY OWN FACIAL RECOGNITION??? I don't know how that's even possible. They even rejected my appeal. The appeal even said it would be resolved the next day but they kept me hanging with hope for over a week before dropping me suddenly. How I failed a facial recognition with the same face as when I started Ill never know but im getting my lawyer involved. I have no clue as to who is in charge of it but their "facial recognition" in the midde of my work day failed me and my family's wellbeing. So suddenly I am jobless unable topay my bills. I DO NOT recommend working or ordering with Doordash. There is no direct way to get to customer support
They put you through so many hoops. Customer support must be even in another country because it's hard to talk to and understand them. Horrible company. Go with Uber eats. Better deals, service, and employment
