Bed was delivered broken, 8 weeks in now and still not fixed. The first technician was a no show, the second said I had to raise another complaint, only automated response to my attempts to contact them, my negative trustpilot review wasn’t published, shocking quality and even worse customer service, I feel totally ripped off , they’ve turned what was supposed to be a treat into a hugely expensive disappointment
