The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. A replaced was not found until later on the next day. Staff and directors were unpleasant to deal with and refused to uphold everything offered in the original advert and made up feel stupid for expecting them to do so.
The whole experience was very unpleasant from start to finish and a refund took weeks and multiple emails to come through even after it was agreed upon by both us and them.
