From when we ordered, to the delivery date we were contacted at every step and were extremely happy with the customer service. I contacted the delivery team on concerns about delivery at our address, with cars being parked on the approach. Spoke to a chap on the phone who looked on Google maps and said it would be ok as the lorry wasn't an artic. On the day, the delivery vehicle can be followed on a map so its possible to be away, then get back in time for drop off. The fellers that came were proffessional, friendly and more than helpful in unloading to the side of my drive to allow my van, trailer and the wife's car access later on and everything was checked as we unloaded. I have a chippie mate and we put the 6 metre x 3 metre Atlas up ourselves onto decking we built beforehand. Everything is included with plenty of nails screws and fixings. I cannot say how pleased I am with the product as everything fitted together as it should. The only two holes that needed a little persuasion to align was on a cross member on a roof joint as they were drilled a little off. There were plenty of roof shingles and are a good thickness. I would advise the instructions are read through before, wood, posts etc etc sorted into appropriate piles. Once sorted are easy to follow with everything at hand. It took us a good 2 1/2 days to put up properly but the hard work was well worth it. Put up mid November, its now December, we have furniture ready for next summer. I'm in the middle of sorting lighting and I've put my own guttering system on, Ive landscaped garden, doing water features, the works, so looking forward to next summer for a rest and some beers!!!!
