Ordered a gazebo and summer house in January sale and it was delivered in February I was kept informed all the time of delivery date and was able to track delivery on the day. Delivered in two packs on driveway by a fork lift carried on back of truck by a very polite and competent driver. Contacted customer services as there seemed to be two roof pieces missing but turned out there was plenty with extras being added to what was required. Assembly was after laying all the pieces out in order straight forward although recommendation is two / three people I was able to erect to roof in three days by myself by using props and dead man technique. Used spare wood supplied to build shelves / gutter support and also a bin enclosure Bought different colour to outside to give two tone effect. Third thing I’ve had from Dunster House and very pleased with result
