After failing to deliver the first time without any explanation as to why, I arranged redelivery only to find the box that allows you to provide directions has a character limit that restricts to the point where adequate directions cannot be input.
The second redelivery failed again without any explanation as to why.
I contacted the company before wasting time arranging another redelivery.
Person receiving delivery has now wasted two days remaining at home to wait for this delivery. Very disappointing service.
