Order not received after almost 2 weeks despite ETA of 1. Customer service number rings endlessly then cuts out. E Mails are not replied to and their online account keeps asking for a Password reset.
I have never encountered such shoddy and appaling customer service in my life. Yet they are still taking out full page adverts and presumably using the money from disappointed , angry and frustrated customers to do so. I will NEVER use them again and make sure I spread the word.
