Only giving one star as I can't seem to give none! Appalling customer service. Order very late, with no news, so cancelled and got the things I needed elsewhere. But all my attempts at contact were ignored and the items turned up a month late despite 3 emails from me to cancel prior to that. I have phoned and got no answer, until I tried to phone the order line. Guess what - that one was answered. Then I was hastily put through to someone else who......didn't answer. So they have now charged me and I just cannot contact them to sort this out. I have never been so appalled with an online order situation.
