I purchased what was advertised as Ford Kuga MK2 PDF Workshop Service & Repair Manual 2012-2018. The downloaded manual was for a Ford Escape (the US version of the Kuga) which is similiar but not the same so not much use as a workshop manual. I was then offered an electronic manual (a Ford ETIS webserver running under a virtual machine). This give some information but no access to wiring diagrams etc. Better than nothing but still not great. Fortunately I purchased at a reduced price but still £11 wasted I think.
