I'm a new customer so I needed to register, not "sign in" which is the only option on the page. Confusing for new customers.
When I'd completed my registration and submitted it. I then got a message that the page had expired and that I'd have to log in again??
No confirmation of my registration. I did log in and was successful.
But again confusing.
I don’t want to sound patronising but when some people get confused, they usually just quit.
