I have used Ebuyer previously and cant complain about the variety of products and competittive pricing however my experience of customer service last month was disappointing.
I ordered a printer which was not ethernet ready and depite checking previously on the phone and being told it was and the printer had been sat unopened for a month yet they would not accept it back as a return.
