Ok until you get problems. They will talk to you online, my last message had not been looked at for 19hours+ when I left them. I asked them for a call back and they gave me a phone number and I got cut off after waiting 10 mins so went back online and was told that lines were very busy. I have been a customer of Lloyds for many years and now they have lost me over a simple call back.
