I book online, very easy and cheap. I always get upgraded to long stay. I get a ticket, it wants to charge me the going rate but the person that is immediately contactable at the barrier over the speaker phone is always very helpful and quick and it's sorted straight away. I'll never get the train again. Highly recommend.
