Directions were good, very easy to check in. I made a mistake and registered my wife's car instead of my own and only realised when i collected the ticket at the barrier. So admittedly i am a bit of a tube. I pressed the button at the pay station and to explain this before i left for our trip. the guy at the other end stated it would be fine and simply buzz at the gate on leaving. I did this last night and although it only took a few minutes to sort it seemed to inconvenience the person on the other side of the intercom. he was polite but his tone was a little condescending. No need to get him into trouble but possible a little customer service training. you know the smile before you answer the phone technique and we could have had a laugh at my stupidity. Apart from that all good although the signage to where you pick up the bus could have been better. Admittedly it was the same spot it dropped us but after a weekend of killing brain cells in hamburg that can be quite difficult for your average joe. (which i'm not, and you would know that if you had seen me on the karaoke stage)
