I made a last-minute change to my reservation and upon arriving at the airport in Atlanta to pick up my car rental, I was met with excellent customer service. I opted for a Nissan SUV for my trip back home after a weekend away. However, during my journey, the engine check light came on and the car could not exceed 45 miles per hour. Thankfully, I managed to drive 17 miles to the nearest Enterprise branch in Florence, South Carolina. There, the branch manager, Delton Foreman, and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting me into another vehicle so I could safely make it back to Atlanta. Upon returning the car at the airport, I was warmly greeted by Eddie, whose customer service was exceptional. He was friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the checkout process, given the car exchange that had occurred in South Carolina.

When I arrived the lobby was full,but not because of the staff.The main lady was a Beast very friendly and professional the entire time .She needs a raise. She and her employees had people in and out

They suck from a to z. Can't reserve a car, only get what they have. Don't know about Windex or own a working vacuum. And the staff of "manager trainees" have a long time and a lot of training to do. The ONLY reason they remain in business is the car insurance companies, UASS oops USAA in this case. Used to be a company with a good report and some honor. Not any more. Switch to any other company and pref the ones that start with any other letter in the alphabet. The only this USAA has excelled in is horrible, lazy, and incompetent management. They should read business for idiots and sell theirs. K Shaune Zenzel Soon to be X-customer PS. Their body shops suck almost as bad as the attitude of their rental soulless staff. PS. Short this stock! Poorly run companies with barely competent staff are going down left and right. If they are employee owned, then at least there is justice in the world.

I Made an advance payment of over $15k to them but didn't see the car non refund my money, its all scam do not fall for it please,, i got help from Evidentltd.com before i could be refunded

Rented a car in January. It’s April 13th and they haven’t refunded the deposit yet, don’t answer my messages and I want my money back! Scammers! DONT rent a car with them

Rented a car yesterday and the day before Jacob was top shelf went above and beyond to make sure I had a car he's the best fast-trackhim definitely needs a raise work very hard to provide me with everything I needed he's the best thanks again and your experience there was top shelf

I bought a Chevy spark from them in 2019. I paid cash. In 2020, exactly a year after I bought it the transmission went out. I had to sell the car for 900.

I rented another car at 2222 University Drive. Walking in I was greeted by Chiesa, with a smile on his face. This site is always clean. As He started the paper work the dream team Micheal and Daniel walked in making sure everything was going smoothly. But Chiesa, had it under control. He made sure all my needs for this rental was met. And the car was very clean. All of my rentals are very clean. Please let the person in charge of this department I said thanks. And Brandon made my return very easy. He even offered to carry my bags and wanted to make sure I had a ride home. I must say these guys are the best. Thanks a lot everyone. You can't beat these prices and the quick delivery of my refunds.

Impossible to share my entire recent experience here so I’m short this is what you can expect (even as a long standing loyal customer) 1. You will be lied to 2. You will be hit with hidden fees & deceitful charges 3. Company policies are not minding by employees and will be broken continuously 4. Internal communication within the company doesn’t exist and it has a great likelihood of effecting you as a customer 5. Corporate offices will not return your calls or handle your manners 6. Professionalism is nonexistent 7. You will receive an influx of emails for unjust charges an future sales, however you will not receive a reply or response if you contact them 8. You will be forced to leave bad reviews even if you don’t do reviews because they will not listen any other way 9. You will be left disappointed, confused and disrespected 10. You will likely never use enterprise again

I switched from a competitor in the last year for business travel and have never been more pleased with a company! Enterprise has exceeded my expectations in every way, they ALWAYS have a car available, make it EASY to go directly to my car rather than standing in line, greet me with a pleasant and helpful associate - especially MO in Boston and get me on my way - quickly. Thank you Enterprise!

Firstly, they sent the wrong car; they didn't provide relevant paperwork or advise when and how to hand this over. They offered a 33% discount on future rentals because of the calamity this caused, which I tried to claim this week, but guess what? They did not honour this or return my calls. I called Mansfield and Chipping Sodbury branches several times. I have cancelled my future bookings and advised my commercial business not to use enterprise again, bandits. Complete an online form via their website to complain. No response.

Picking up and driving home we’re supposed to be included in their service, but none of the above had been done … it’s either no driver available! And made us like yo-yo , call the main st or call the Dundas area!

Reserved a vehicle for today. Arrived at Enterprise to pick up the vehicle and THEY HAD NO VEHICLES AVAILBLE…NONE! I WILL NEVER TRUST ENTERPRISE AGAIN AND I HAVE RENTED FEOM YOUR COMPANY MANY TIMES IN THE PAST.

My car was totaled in a wreck, we had to rent a car and rented one from Enterprise. BIGGEST mistake we ever made. We returned the car, the leasing agent said the vehicle looked good and gave us our deposit back. Two weeks later we get a letter saying we owe them for hail damage that happened 3 days after we returned the vehicle. They said they are going to file on our insurance did $5000!!! We immediately contacted our insurance agent and told them to deny the claim. Enterprise has harassed us for over 3 weeks saying we are responsible for the damage. We are NOT!! We didn’t have the vehicle at the time the hail damage happened. So they put us on a list that we can never rent a vehicle anywhere, which we could care less. We told them to do whatever they had to do. I am contacting everyone we know to never use Enterprise because they are a fraud. I’m also contacting the BBB!!

I came in to rent a vehicle and I will try my best to express my gratitude to Kevin Boyd, Syed Haider and Tamara Noel. They did everything to make everything happen as quickly as posible as they could see my injuries. They showed me as much consideration and compassion as if I were a member of their family who needed help. You are very fortunate to have these wonderful people in your employ as they really make Enterprise look good! Thank you. I am grateful for your help over and beyond my expectations.
