Enterprise on Airport Blvd in Mobile,Alabama will totally lie to you to get your business. They tell you to give them a 300 deposit then when you bring the car back full of gas and just like it was when you left you get your deposit right back as soon as the car is checked out. Total lie. I’ve spoken with three different coprerate people and they have all told me different things. One said by the end of the businesses day LIE. The other told me within 30 mins it would go into my account. Another LIE. Last person said 10 days. They are all liers. Please save yourself all the stress and go elsewhere. They are absolutely terrible.

I just want to sent a shout out to a very special THANK YOU to a gentleman by the name of Carlos Guzman Jimenez who went completely out of his way to help me find a pair of expensive sunglasses my daughter gifted to me, which I left in the rental van a day before. We traveled to Santa Fe, NM for my birthday and I didn't realize I had left my sunglasses in the back seat pocket until Sunday morning. I am forever grateful for going the extra mile. Thank you so so much! Amazing customer service by this sweet gentleman.

Went to enterprise in Redlands Ca. Someone stole my cadalyc converter. Because I had an Arizona drivers license they said they needed flight info. I told them I drove. They said I couldent rent from them. The girl was very rude with ann anttitude. Avoid this place.

They were great! Picked me up at the repair shop and took care of everything. So easy to make the rental transaction and off I went. Nice cars, fair pricing and Joe and Megan are RICK STARS.

I have called and emailed customer service: they told me I would be contacted by the management team. I have yet to be contacted. This company does not follow thru on providing top notch services to their customers!!!!!

Nicole Elliott the branch manager in Fayetteville, NC assisted me, with my rental she was awesome. The car wasn't ready and I told her I also need 2 hours and I would come back and pick up the car. Nicole remembered my name and my rental I reserved without even look at for Ipad. Thanks Enterprise.

I just pass my road test I go there because over the phone I told lorrian my situation he told me he can assist just come in and I guess I use my white voice over the phone. He saw my brown self in person and couldn’t help so go to the one on Coney Island Ave . I went to another one with the same paper work and rented the car with no issue

When my vechicle was in an accident i reliied on Enterprise as an alternate to get me around town. I rented a car from them and their customer service was well above my expections. From start to finish they handled my questions and advised to choose a car of my choice. I was pleased, and on returning the vehicle. Christopher James and Kelsey Noka give me service with a smile while explaining what i was being charge for. Excellent! This location at 444 industrial Blvd in Mcdonough, Ga. In the future, if i need a renal car i will always know how i've been treated and return again!

Everytime we use enterprise there are nothing but problems. Not having what was booked(booked a 4wheel drive truck a month in advance) not having any vehicles to rent out when booked over a week out. Have booked in different cities and different states and always a problem.

I made a last-minute change to my reservation and upon arriving at the airport in Atlanta to pick up my car rental, I was met with excellent customer service. I opted for a Nissan SUV for my trip back home after a weekend away. However, during my journey, the engine check light came on and the car could not exceed 45 miles per hour. Thankfully, I managed to drive 17 miles to the nearest Enterprise branch in Florence, South Carolina. There, the branch manager, Delton Foreman, and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting me into another vehicle so I could safely make it back to Atlanta. Upon returning the car at the airport, I was warmly greeted by Eddie, whose customer service was exceptional. He was friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the checkout process, given the car exchange that had occurred in South Carolina.

They suck from a to z. Can't reserve a car, only get what they have. Don't know about Windex or own a working vacuum. And the staff of "manager trainees" have a long time and a lot of training to do. The ONLY reason they remain in business is the car insurance companies, UASS oops USAA in this case. Used to be a company with a good report and some honor. Not any more. Switch to any other company and pref the ones that start with any other letter in the alphabet. The only this USAA has excelled in is horrible, lazy, and incompetent management. They should read business for idiots and sell theirs. K Shaune Zenzel Soon to be X-customer PS. Their body shops suck almost as bad as the attitude of their rental soulless staff. PS. Short this stock! Poorly run companies with barely competent staff are going down left and right. If they are employee owned, then at least there is justice in the world.

I Made an advance payment of over $15k to them but didn't see the car non refund my money, its all scam do not fall for it please,, i got help from Evidentltd.com before i could be refunded

Rented a car in January. It’s April 13th and they haven’t refunded the deposit yet, don’t answer my messages and I want my money back! Scammers! DONT rent a car with them

Rented a car yesterday and the day before Jacob was top shelf went above and beyond to make sure I had a car he's the best fast-trackhim definitely needs a raise work very hard to provide me with everything I needed he's the best thanks again and your experience there was top shelf

I bought a Chevy spark from them in 2019. I paid cash. In 2020, exactly a year after I bought it the transmission went out. I had to sell the car for 900.

I rented another car at 2222 University Drive. Walking in I was greeted by Chiesa, with a smile on his face. This site is always clean. As He started the paper work the dream team Micheal and Daniel walked in making sure everything was going smoothly. But Chiesa, had it under control. He made sure all my needs for this rental was met. And the car was very clean. All of my rentals are very clean. Please let the person in charge of this department I said thanks. And Brandon made my return very easy. He even offered to carry my bags and wanted to make sure I had a ride home. I must say these guys are the best. Thanks a lot everyone. You can't beat these prices and the quick delivery of my refunds.

Impossible to share my entire recent experience here so I’m short this is what you can expect (even as a long standing loyal customer) 1. You will be lied to 2. You will be hit with hidden fees & deceitful charges 3. Company policies are not minding by employees and will be broken continuously 4. Internal communication within the company doesn’t exist and it has a great likelihood of effecting you as a customer 5. Corporate offices will not return your calls or handle your manners 6. Professionalism is nonexistent 7. You will receive an influx of emails for unjust charges an future sales, however you will not receive a reply or response if you contact them 8. You will be forced to leave bad reviews even if you don’t do reviews because they will not listen any other way 9. You will be left disappointed, confused and disrespected 10. You will likely never use enterprise again
