Great experience from submitting the online application, getting a quote, scheduling an install, giving me reminders and having an awesome local third party company do the install. I had the EO Mini Pro 2 installed -- it's a lot smaller than I thought and looks very neat on the side my house. I'm happy with it, and ability to extend the warranty from 3 to 5 years at a norminal cost.
