Hi we purchased 2 kayaks from Escape watersports which they had in stock unlike other suppliers & at a very good price. We ordered for click & collect but I had trouble booking time off work to enable collection but following a quick email the staff said it wouldn't be a problem & stored them for over a week until collection . On arrival to collect we were welcomed by a very friendly & helpful staff member who gave us great advise on loading & securing the kayaks on to our roof rack .absolutely brilliant customer service all round & will be sure to recommend when other family members purchase their water sport equipment.
