Nancy is an amazing, one of a kind agent. She knows what I prefer in my travel accommodations and flight seat selection and does her very best to meet these. She is working on another, much more complicated trip for me (for the fall)and, again is doing her very best to meet expectations and keep me informed every single step of the way. She is the absolute BEST!
