On a bit of a hopeful whim, I reached out—not really expecting a response—but to my surprise, I got quick response from the agency - in particular. Melody, who turned out to be absolutely fantastic. Melody took action and honestly I felt like she was “making magic happen.” Thanks to her help, I left for the trip feeling confident we were fully set up—and we truly were. We stayed in a Premium Junior Suite that was both elegant and super practical—especially for three adult women sharing a space. The room was so well designed. Premium-level perks like complimentary hydrotherapy access were a huge bonus—we went every single day!
