Found the entire experience to be easy. I like how all my itinerary was emailed and ready to print. I know some would just leave downloaded on phone but I like to have paperwork, you know, what if phone issues!! Like flying Air Canada other than West Jet too! 😊 Will continue to use Escapes.ca Definitely happy with everything!
