I made a mistake and ended up booking the wrong resort, I called right away and was greeted by Charity who worked with me to resolve it as fast as possible. She sent all notes to the internet team as everything was closing. I called again in the morning and Ryan was able to get me the right resort when all hope was lost. I was so happy they were able to make magic happen. I will not be booking with any other travel agency in the future but Escapes.ca
