Placed order no 111-00004426040 on 03/05/21 and received order confirmation. I emailed for an update on 11/05/21 and received no response other than the standard auto response. I called today (13/05/21) and spoke to two pleasant gents who advised that two deliveries were attempted yesterday with no luck despite me happening to be at home all day - no note in the postbox or missed calls. As an aside there was no notification that my order was out for delivery nor reasoning as to why it was being sent late (I’d paid for it to be delivered in 3-5 working days). I have been advised that they will attempt to deliver tomorrow. Overall a very sub-standard online shopping experience.
