After ordering a Abs sensor it arrived in a box that had obviously been damaged with grease marks etc It wasn't the fault of the courier as the outside packaging was fine inside was a returns note but hadn't been treated well at all These parts are very sensitive and after contacting euro parts they did try to resolve the issue by sending a new one to a branch in Durham which unfortunately is 25 miles from my home so 50 miles round trip When I arrived the supposed new sensor package was not much better So I now have to take the car to my local garage tomorrow knowing if they fit the part and it is damaged I will be still charged I have dealt with euro parts for many years now and not had a problem but on this occasion I feel I have not been treated fairly No mention of any compensation as way of vouchers or anything thing else This transaction has left me well out of pocket and left wondering if I have to pay my garage for something that might not be cured The answer would be to send me a brand new unused sensor which I and my garage have faith in The only problem is my car is booked in for tomorrow and I can't change that I await your reply
