Very disappointed with the Treforest depot, we said we were on our way to collect some brake pads and would be there before 4pm (when they closed) and they said they would hang on for us if we were a bit late. We got there at 3.55pm and they had locked up and gone home…..great service!
We then had to drive all the way to the Cardiff Bay depot for 10am on the Sunday morning.
