Paid extra for next day delivery, after parts diddnt arrive the next day rang Euro car parts, call handler was not very understanding - I would have had the parts collected, eventually call handler agreed to refund the additional post charges and said I would get an email confirming the refund which never happened, rang again and spoke to a second call handler who sorted the refund, parts arrived 48 hrs later!!
Must try harder on both delivery and call handler.
