I ordered a battery charger on 21.06.25. specifying Royal Mail delivery. My credit card was debited immediately but I received no confirmation of order, and no dispatch notice was forthcoming, so on 26.06 I went on the website which showed my order as delivered but with no tracking information. I engaged with the bot, and then with Bradley G (who I think is a human) who said he would contact the carrier. When I'd still had no information the next day I left a review on Trust Pilot, which resulted in a message that Euro Car Parts were "looking into it". Then on the 28th I got a message from Eurocarparts "Escalation Service Advisor" who said she was "reaching out" to discover why my order hadn't been delivered. At this point, (still having been given no confirmation of dispatch, or proof of delivery, despite the web-site saying it had been delivered), I cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund. In my experience all carriers now, including Royal Mail, provide photos as proof of delivery. As I've never had confirmation of the order, confirmation of dispatch, notification from the carrier or a delivery photo, (all of which are commonplace now) I suspect the order was never despatched. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Eurocarparts again, and I will be keeping an eye out to make sure I get my refund!
