Absolutely hopeless.
Didnt respond quickly, didnt have an answer when they did respond. Promised that they would respond - they still havent. Still waiting! Make sure you dont have a reason to contact them and you might be fine. However, this was wrongly promoted information (headline and body of the item description) that didnt match reality.
