Ordered some parts for roof rack online, turned up
In my local store so I went to collect. They brought the box out that was taped and had been opened previously. I asked to check the parts inside and found it had been used and bits missing. Staff were very upset over this matter as was I, full refund given. Staff was going to HR for me over the matter as they found it embarrassing.
