The lady who served me was pleasant enough but the man who was serving loudly commented on the fact people were still coming in when they were closing in ten minutes. Wasn't even as a joke, he was clearly annoyed by it. I work in retail, I understand it's frustrating, it's hot you just want to go home, but there's no need for that. I had just finished work myself and was grateful the store was still open and I got there in time. Think he just needs to think about what he's saying out loud. We definitely all think it, but that was daft and I felt really uncomfortable. I won't be using this store again
