I ordered something. Got told they can't price match in store and must be done online. Then online and via email get told they can't price match online, only in store. I asked for help and get fobbed off and I've asked to complain and got fobbed off. Just currently sat here over 2 weeks in since I contacted Eurocarparts and I get what appears to be an automated email saying they're still waiting for the store to comment, when I thought we were waiting on the response of a regional manager, at least that's what I was last told. Anyway, my review isn't the best. The staff in store are usually really good though in person.
