I ordered some goods in error. You were informed of this within a couple of hours. I have not received the order, nor have I received a refund. Please rectify.
Edit: 26/08/2020 Still have not received refund for goods ordered on 27/07/2020 and subsequently cancelled. Goods were not delivered, therefore I require refund. This will be escalated to PayPal claim on 02/09/2020 if this is not rectified.
