An item which I bought from Euro Car Parts nearly two weeks ago, arrived nearly a week later. It took longer than the expected time frame. There was no updates or explanation as to why the delay. Then when it came, we found out that it could not perform one of the main tasks we bought it for. Really disappointed and had no option but to return it. I was kindly assisted your colleague who answered my call and on Thursday it was collected from my house by DPD. I was promised that I will get my refund once the item is received by Euro Car Parts. Up to I'm still waiting to get my money back. I wish someone would have told me the item has been received and as to when I will get my money refunded. The reason why we tend to shop a lot on Amazon is that one is always updated on every progress made and they tend to deliver on their word. If only I was updated on where and how things are.
