I was attracted to this company by their great reviews and the choices that they offer for memorial jewellery. The communication from the team from the moment that the received my mum’s ashes was great. It was so reassuring to know that they had arrived safely. I chose the white gold option for my bracelet. It said that this may take longer but I was pleasantly surprised by the speed that it came. The bracelet is beautiful- delicate and understated which is exactly what I wanted. I paid for the diamond dust which adds a subtle sparkle to the piece. It gives me great comfort to know that my beautiful Mum is with me in some form. What was lovely was that the remaining of her ashes were returned to me in the exact bag I sent them in making me feel confident that the company take care to ensure these are never mixed up. I love my bracelet and I know my Mum would love it too- thank you.
