As expected, this was a really emotional time for me and initially I struggled with the thought of posting my grandads ashes. However, I couldn’t have being more reassured of their care, from the packaging it is sent in, the constant and frequent updates, postage and it all being returned safely back to me too. I adore the ring, and felt the service I received was brilliant. I have already ordered again. Thank you.
