Wonderful personal service from start to finish. I had to phone a few times before I ordered. Staff were very helpful in answering my questions. Nothing was too much of a problem.
I had an e mail to let me know when the ashes were received. Another email when the ring had been made and was sent and I was kept up to date with delivery time.
The ring was beautifully packaged.
