Your product choice and range, service and delivery are all top notch. I rate lower only because of the frustration I have with the waste and time needed due to your consistent overpacking, impossibly wrapping even plastic containers on tight layers of paper and plastic. I spend quite a lot with your company and I love supporting you, but I’ve started looking for alternatives due to the time it takes just to unpack my orders and all the waste it creates. Will you please reconsider this process? Otherwise, you’re brilliant! Thank you!
