The website was easy to use. I choose click and collect as thought it would be quick and even the next day kind of thing. 3 days later I had heard nothing so sent an email to customer services, got a text the following day to say the order was ready for collection. Had I known it was gona take 5 days to do a click and collect I wouldn't have bothered. It was a pointless exercise for me to do the click and collect as it took so long, I ended up going to a different shop anyways to buy what I needed before the evergreen order was ready. I remember doing delivery before and it took a long time which is why I went click and collect this time. Won't be doing either again.
