The product was ready for collection very fast (click & collect) which was great and the girl was very friendly on collection. However, I had an issue adding the points to my account. Online, the system wanted me to set up an account but when I would try to do so, it said I already had one but yet there didn't seem to be an easy spot to add loyalty card points. I queried it on collection, the girl looked up my card number and could see that the points weren't added. She didn't truly seem to understand the system and said she would get someone from the IT team to contact me, they never did.
