There's space for improvement around communication After submitting my order I've never received a confirmation of my order, I had to ask them about the whereabouts of it, delay happened and they never told me, only when asked. I understand every company has a different sales process, but I miss the communication side and the management of expectative of the customer. I wish it was better, but I hope they have these points addressed for the greater good.
