I love the products that evergreen supply but the customer service ordering online is really poor. I waited a week for an order, with no communication as to the delay ( I live in Galway so usually it’s a 2 day wait max) despite two emails. Eventually I called them, was informed the delay was due to one item being out of stock. The order was delivered the next day with a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging, most of it unrecycleable. . In this day and age, there is no excuse for not using cardboard/paper for wrapping , all the other health food stores I order from in Ireland do. I am still waiting for a response from customer service as to why they did not respond to my two emails and why they didn’t get in touch to explain what the delay was.
