One star is too much for these people. They won't even give a proper receipt, which they are required to do by legislation. They don't reply to emails unless you send the same mail four times, then you might be lucky to get a reply. You cancel an order due to a dispute and they still send it out. The courier was told not to pick it up, but they did and now the parcel is missing all because the delivery date was changed. What is gone wrong with people, the incompetence is gone out of control. Stay clear of a company, i believe has no regard for their customers.
