Loyalty points can only be used for items not on offer! What a joke! Best to just do away with this Loyalty point programme. When I order, I always have items that are on offer included. So Loyalty points are useless for me! As the reply shows, the loyalty programme is substandard compared to other companies, who will at least apply the points to items not on offer, with a mixed order. Terms and conditions can always be adjusted...that is if someone wants to retain loyal customers. Otherwise it is no wonder when consumers switch from Irish to international vendors.
