Great customer service. For a rookie it was great to get helped to pick the right EUC.
Got the KingSong two days later and started to learn. KS 16X proved a great pick. 3" wide tire help in stability, 16" diameter is small enough to be nimble. I'm a big guy 6'2" and 220 lb so needed something sturdy. Set the motors to beginner after 1h I was driving across my back yard. Nor one week later I can ride slowly around town and changed to intermediate motor setting. So happy with their recommendation of an EUC I can grow with.
