I would have rated my experience Very Good however I do believe it is more expensive than warranted. Other than that my experience was good. Our flight was delayed due to traffic preventing the crew getting to the airport in time. We were kept informed at all times and escorted to the gate when the flight was ready. I was quite upset as I was heading back to Australia having left my newborn grand daughter and the staff were very kind and comforting. The lounge was comfortable, toilets were clean, and food was good.
