Ordered 3 different spider's , all 3 arrived safe and well. They were well packaged and the box contained a heat pack ( February). All 3 spider's were individually identified and were roughly the size stated ( 1 was definitely larger than 1cm ) . Well impressed so I will be ordering again. Rob H
